Here are a few basic tips on how you can maintain a constant body weight and even gain weight according to choice. Intake six small meals; may be in forms of protein shakes or fruits in between the lunch and dinner. Whole grain bread and muffin aid in adding body mass, while potato, rice add up to the carbohydrate content. Try to include fresh vegetables in your regular meals as these consist of abundant fiber, helps in settling your bowel movement and enough of vitamins.
The main aim to gain weight is to increase your calorie intake. Aim at consuming at least twenty calories for every pound of body weight intended in gaining. Never forget to have sufficient amounts of proteins and vitamins as these assist in building your muscles. Weight training also comes in handy to build a well-toned physique. Finally be positive. The “low fat” myth should not be bothering you, as this definitely will ruin your good work.
